Source and image review: Images are good, sources appear good as well except for a couple minor things. First, the California Winter link is dead, and also, if possible link the newspapers in the references where you can. Wizardman 23:00, 16 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Wizardman: Thanks for the review. I added links for the first reference to each newspaper. Is it your view that only the first should be linked or that, say, all 10 uses? On the Winter League deadlink, there does not appear to be an archived version of the page at the Wayback Machine. How do you suggest handling that? Just the first one is fine. The previous ref actually suffices, so flesh out the oursportscentral ref with the publisher/accessdate and just remove the dead one. I apologize again for the massive delay. For as much as I push others to get their reviews done I feel like a hypocrite just up and not doing anything on the site. Anyway, here's what I found:

While I like how the lead reads personally, it really doesn't feel like a summary of the article at all; it's mostly just the stats without much else.
"In December 1968, Evans was left unprotected by the A's" I know what you mean, but casual/lay readers probably won't if you can clarify that.
Link AA ball to Double-A (baseball)
The Giants section feels rather paltry given that he spent 7+ years on the team. I'm sure there's more that can be added in.
