@IvanAceooge98: I have removed these as it is a violation of MOS:FLAGRELEVANCE. Subnational flags should only be placed within articles related directly to them, e.g. the article on Osijek, but their use here does not have the same level of relevance and as ImStevan states their informative quality is going to be considerably less than for a national flag.
