Page needs major editing.[edit]

Columbus tower no longer being built, however a building called Hertsmere Tower will be built instead. Will be taller then the previous planned Columbus tower.

I've updated this article. The purchasers of the new site have only released a brief PR statement saying they intend to construct a new tower, but we'll have to see whether they actually bring forward a planning application, and indeed whether they actually build it.
