I'm going to remove the merge tags, given the absence of any arguments for the merge. They're both in subfamily Caprinae, but it seems very unlikely that they're related, i.e., that the goat breed comes from the Barbary sheep. --BDD (talk) 23:14, 18 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
