Attorneys General of South Carolina → Attorney General of South Carolina – "Attorney General of South Carolina" is the name of the office, and the article is about the office, not necessarily about a group of people, so it should not be plural. Almost all other articles use the singular in this sense (eg. President of the United States). If this were to be a list (it's classified as one but really isn't), it should be titled "List of Attorneys General of South Carolina", as is the standard.
