Unauctioned?[edit]

Is the sentence "Next, he drove forward the discussed but unauctioned project to search for King Henry VIII's flagship Mary Rose"

supposed in some way to read 'un-actioned' rather than 'unauctioned'?

I think the intended sense is that the project was - at that stage - little more than a pipe dream, but I'm sure it could be expressed more effectively Ian Yorston (talk) 09:38, 27 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
