This article is younger and thematically the same as accelerating universe. It does appear to have more content by length, though a lot of the content here still needs to be cleaned up with regards to unusual formatting. metric expansion of the universe discusses the mathematics of expanding universes generally; accelerating expansion appears only as a special case. But this article is definitely redundant, and should be merged with accelerating universe. Sopholatre (talk) 21:03, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
