While it's been moved to a more appropriate title, this article is still written as a biography of the primary suspect, not as an article about the crime; it needs to be substantially rewritten to shift focus towards the crime itself, with fewer unnecessary details about the suspect. Additionally, since the suspect hasn't been convicted yet, and since the suspect is plainly a low-profile individual, WP:BLPCRIME discourages us from using his name at all. --Aquillion (talk) 01:38, 3 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Re:"a killing spree in Kansas and another, shortly afterward, in Missouri". How can someone go on a killing spree resulting in one death? Suggest rephrasing.
