XiltriX North America is a provider of environmental monitoring services within the life science industries. Their services includes hardware, software, and 24/7 live support.

The XiltriX system monitors equipment, facilities, and environmental conditions. Based in San Diego, California, they work with life science customers globally and assist them with asset loss prevention, risk mitigation, and they help create a stable and controlled environment for them to perform scientific operations.

History[edit]

Founded in 2018[1], XiltriX North America was first introduced to the American market by, Moises Eilemberg, fomer CEO of Avadyne Health and investor in technology-enabled services, and Stephen Tierney, the former CEO of IKS International. XiltriX North America has 30 years working with technology from its sister company, IKS International.

The company’s purpose is to make science safer and more predictable through technology.[2] Recognizing the evolving needs of the life science industry, XiltriX North America was conceived from its very beginning as a managed service provider.

As part of the subscription, XiltriX North America installs its proprietary technology and provides live monitoring and support from its SafetyNet team to ensure no alarms are missed. The SafetyNet team is composed of live agents who monitor the customer’s system and use the XiltriX system to provide real-time data, explain graphs, configure the system, and generate reports.

Security and compliance[edit]

The XiltriX technology supports compliance with international regulatory standards such as GxP, FDA 21 CFR part 11, CAP, CLIA, HACCP, USP 797, and many more.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification[edit]

XiltriX North America has an ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Quality Management Systems. The certification is granted by the American Systems Registrar, LLC, a recognized third-party system registration provider accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board. This includes the designs, installs, and maintenance of the real-time monitoring system to provide its Monitoring-as-a-Service solution to organizations.

SOC 2 Compliance[edit]

In the fall of 2023, XiltriX North America announced their  SOC 2 Type I certification, showing their commitment and adhering to the Trust Services Criteria set forth by the Assurance Services Executive Committee (ASEC) of the AICPA. This certification highlights their dedication to maintaining high standards in information security and compliance.
