Draft:Wall Street Plaza

Wall Street Plaza is a building located at 88 Pine Street in Lower Manhattan, New York City.^[1]

The building was designed by James Ingo Freed of I. M. Pei & Partners. It was completed in 1973.^[2]^[1] There is an L-shaped privately owned public space at the base of the building, occupying the former roadbed of Pine Street.^[3]

Amnesty International was denied a lease of the building.^[4]
