Quark Baby Ltd., doing business as Quark, is a Canadian parenting and baby products start-up headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.[1][2] It was founded in 2021 by Garett Senez, CEO, and Justin Gurinskas, VP Products.

Quark Baby was launched in Spring 2021 in Vancouver, British Columbia with an assortment of six products for cooking, feeding, storing, and meal preparation.[3]

In November 2023, Quark Baby was featured on Dragon's Den,[4] a British reality television business programme which allows investors to pitch for investment to five investors, "the Dragons". Senez pitched for Quark Baby's funding of $2 million for 15% of the company.[5]

Quark Baby has about 25 products, according to its official website including quook, fruuti, feedi, chiill, storii, foxii, buubi bottle, and thiingy.[3]

Quark Baby's Buubi Bottle was featured on Parents Magazine as one of The Complete Newborn Wishlist.[6]

Business[edit]

In February 2023, Quark Baby announced expansion to the US market, and has since established partnerships with over 1600 retail stores including Walmart, Amazon, Indigo Books and Music, Loblaw Companies, and London Drugs.[1][3]

Another market research by Research and Markets published in July 2023 listed the company as one of the leading vendors in the market.[7]
