Olusola Ilesanmi Owomoyela[1] [2] is a very good leader and committed to serving others. He clearly led and managed teams working on multiple projects. Olusola holds a law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG).
Early life[edit]
Born and raised in Nigeria, Olusola Ilesanmi Owomoyela [3] graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2006 after completing his undergraduate studies there. With a keen interest in law, he joined the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in 2007, demonstrating his continued commitment to the legal profession. Dr. (Amb.) Owomoyela began practicing law in 2008 when he joined the Owolabi and Oyefeso Law Firm [4] in Lagos, Nigeria. During this time, he gained valuable experience handling a wide range of legal matters, including commercial law, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
Real Estate Career[edit]
(Amb.) Dr. Olusola Owomoyela entered the real estate development and entrepreneurship industry and founded Next Gear Homes Limited in 2014 [5], where he serves as the group managing director. Under his leadership, Next Gear Homes Limited [6]. has established itself as a leading real estate company.[7] in Abuja, Nigeria, known for its quality, innovation, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Dr. Olusola Owomoyela joined the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) in 2018, demonstrating his commitment to the promotion of professionalism and ethical standards in the real estate sector.
Current work and projects[edit]
Dr. Olusola co-founded and serves as the Chairman of the Mercy Drops Foundation.[8] a non-profit organization based in Abuja, Nigeria. It works with Mercy Drops to provide humanitarian aid, healthcare, and educational support to poor people and communities.
He received an honorary doctorate in entrepreneurship management from Prowess University, Delaware, USA.[9] and is a member of the Ecolerite Institute for Peacebuilding.
Dr. Olusola is also the founder and CEO of Watch My Property Concept Limited. [10]a company established to meet the needs of Nigerians at home and abroad. who want to enter the Nigerian real estate market.
