Laura Clifton is an American actress recognized for her roles in film, television, and theater. Her career encompasses a wide range of characters and genres, showcasing her versatility and depth. Her childhood was shaped by a unique upbringing in Saudi Arabia, where her father worked for Aramco Oil's computer science division. During this time, she attended an international school and traveled the world when her father spent extended periods on assignments outside of Kingdom (namely, Holland) and on holidays (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Egypt, and Switzerland among other locations). She is fluent in English and French and can speak Arabic and Korean, but she did not attend an American school until junior high.

Career

Clifton discovered her passion for acting at the age of eight when she was cast in a hotel commercial overseas. Since then, she has demonstrated her versatility by portraying a wide range of characters, including Susana Dickinson and roles from Tennessee Williams and Anton Chekhov. She made her mark in the film industry with notable performances in "Alamo" (2004) as well as "Happy Death Day" (2017) and "Happy Death Day 2 U" (2019) — two horror-comedy films. On television, she's played roles in "My Generation" (2010) and "Going to California" (2002), further demonstrating her adaptability to various genres.

Besides her screen appearances, Clifton has a background in theater and is currently engaged in several unnamed writing projects and voiceover work.
