Hibah Shaikh (born September 25, 2002, in Hackensack, New Jersey) is an American professional tennis player.

Career[edit]

Hibah Started playing tennis at the age of 7.

“Hibah watched an Indian tennis player named Sania Mirza, and after that she just wanted to play tennis,” said Riyaz Shaikh, a native of India and Hibah’s father, while watching her practice Thursday at the Veltri Tennis Center in Plantation."[1]

Picked up her first top-25 win, taking down No. 16 Irina Cantos Siemers of Ohio State to advance to the Round of 16 in singles at the ITA Fall National Championships (11/1)[2]

Community and Charitable Works[edit]

Shaikh engages in volunteering endeavors and participates in tennis clinics for children, using her platform to support charitable causes.[5]
