Fukashi Shrine is a Beppyo shrine near the Matsumoto Museum of Art and the Performing Arts Centre[1].[2] It is dedicated to the Shinto deities Tenjin and Suwamyojin. In summer, the Tenjin Festival happens here. 18 wooden floats from nearby areas come to the shrine..[2]
