History

Foundation Securities (Pvt.) Limited is one of the leading and trusted stock brokers in Pakistan for more than 17 years having its presence in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

Foundation Securities (Pvt.) Limited is a full-service equities brokerage firm with a Trading Rights Entitlement Certificate[1] (TREC) membership of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX).

The company started its operation in January 2005 as the first of its kind partnership between a group of industry professionals and the Fauji Foundation - one of the largest conglomerates in Pakistan with assets worth 3.9 billion US dollars in 2018. And later on partially acquired by Askari Bank Limited.
