Cailin Jane Michie (born 2 February 1998) is a Scottish professional footballer who currently plays for Hearts in Scottish Women's Premier League.
Club career[edit]
The Edinburgh born defender spent 4 and a half seasons with SWPL Hibernian, lifting 4 Premier League Cups and 3 Scottish Cups in her time there.
She made the switch to full time football in 2020, signing for Swedish top flight Piteå Dam.
She returned to Scotland in 2021 to play at Glasgow City and played a part in the club's first SWPL title win.[1]
Signing for the Heart of Midlothian in 2022, Cailin helped the team to their highest finishing place in the club's history.
International career[edit]
Michie has caps for Scotland's U15's, U16's, U17's and U19's.[2]
Personal Life[edit]
Cailin is a University of Edinburgh graduate who is now undergoing a public policy masters at Strathclyde University.[3]
Cailin is a UEFA C Licence football coach at Boroughmuir Thistle FC.
Cailin is also an accomplished guitarist, with a particular penchant for Bon Jovi.
