Vidisha Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 29 Lok Sabha constituencies in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. This constituency came into existence in 1967. This constituency covers parts of Raisen, Vidisha, Sehore and Dewas districts. It is a stronghold of the BJP and the Sangh Parivar. The seat has been held by the BJP since 1989. Prior to the inception of the BJP, the seat was a bastion of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh, which had been dissolved in 1977 and re-founded as the BJP in 1980.
