Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	It's a picture of the Lambert Trophy. It will be the main picture for the Lambert Trophy article, which currently doesn't have one.

Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Only using it once, for the image file of the Lambert Trophy article
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Jeff Monken is the head football coach of the Army Black Knights. He doesn't copyright photos he takes that he then posts on twitter. It's not going to be used for a commercial opportunity on either end.
