Dr. Farid A. Sobhani (born 1 March 1973) is a Bangladeshi educator known for his contributions to academia and leadership.

Early Life[edit]

Dr. Farid A. Sobhani was born in 1973 in Kishoregonj. He received his early education at the village school in Ghagra, Pakundia. He was recognized by his teachers for his honesty, sincerity, and natural leadership abilities. These qualities were nurtured by his father, Moulana Abdul Bari, who instilled in him a deep understanding of social and cultural issues.

Marriage and Family[edit]

In 1996, Dr. Sobhani married Kamrun Nessa, the daughter of late M. A. Mamun Akand and Dr. Fatema Mansur, both government officials in Bangladesh. They have two children, Nabila and Labib.

Career[edit]

Dr. Sobhani's research focuses on corporate disclosure practices, corporate social responsibility (CSR), human resources (HR), leadership, and ethics. He emphasizes the importance of religious principles in achieving peace, happiness, and prosperity. He values strong family bonds and collaborative research environments.
