Welcome to my talk page! Please do not bring discussions here from other pages. Please use diffs when talking about edits. If you leave me a message on my talk page, I will reply on your talk page or a relevant article talk page. I will not continue to watch a talk page if the discussion has migrated. Little mermaid[edit]

i think the whole debate had caused me to read on the rules, basically they usually want to specify what controversy it was, instead of just general controversies unless there were multiple controversies. In this case, the casting of Ariel was the only controversy and huge one at that. Either way i'm okay with both decision Merzostin (talk) 15:38, 6 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"Positive, Mixed, Negative" Reception[edit]

Mainly wanting to discuss this after your revert at Draft:73 Yards. While my comment of "mixed" was mostly temporary until the Reception got ironed out a bit more, stating the Reception of an episode in the lead doesn't fall under WP:SYNTH, given that the information is mentioned directly in the article. I agree it shouldn't be used if consensus is unclear, which I can see in 73 Yards's case, but if there's a strong leaning either way in the Reception, it's not inaccurate to quite literally summarize what's already in the article, and I've seen it be used effectively in many articles across the site, including in a large number of good articles. Given that I envision this might be a recurring subject of debate going forward, I would like to discuss this matter before it goes anywhere else. Has one ever considered Magneton?
