I would like to suggest some new Wikifauna to be added. I have already created entries and pages for the new wikifauna below

I would also like to suggest some new wikifauna to be added, as listed below. this a lot to suggest for addition, so I wanted to open the discussion here on the talk page, as individual proposals, before writing the actual pages for these. I will wait for some time period, in order to allow others to comment if they wish. thanks.

• WikiMongoose. The WikiMongoose is the defender of the core principles of civility, assume good faith, and any other principles and rules that define how wikipedians should treat each others; as part of this it will always promote civility in all discussions, and will defend individual Wikipedians from the assaults, attcks, denigrations, etc, by others. the WikiMongoose is totally immune to venom of any sort. if you shoot venom at it, it will just laugh good-naturedly--and then accost you for further action by other WikiFauna, such as WikiKnights.

WikiMongooses are inquisitive, highly sociable, and very amenable to being domesticated, to co-existing as part of any large group of other Wikipedians, or joining any household, group, WikiProject or any other specialized resource, group, or resource, such as the Teahouse, Help Desk, Reference Desk, Admin Noticeboard, Requests for Comment, etc etc

• WikiOwl. The WikiOwl is extremely wise, and will frequently take other Wikipedians under its wing to mentor them, adopt them or guide them. It is at home in all parts of the WikiForest. It flies and ranges over the entire forest at will. Its main goal is to enable other Wikipedians to navigate the thickets and underbrush of the WikiForest with the same level of ease and knowledge that it can itself
• WikiFrigateBird. The WikiFrigateBird navigates at will over the oceans and waterways of Wikipedia. It often can fly with WikiOwls. its main strength is its ability to range over great bodies of water at ease, and to allow other Wikipedians to benefit from its guidance.

• WikiHippo. The WikiHippo takes its ease lounging around the rivers of the WikiWorld. it will often be mistaken for a docile, complacent, placid denizen of the waterways. however,m when it sees its own territory threatened, it can turn into an irate, belligerent antagonist, intent on defending its territory from any interlopers or intruders. it is capable of great physical force when least expected.

• WIkiGenet. WikiGenets are the ultimate adaptors, explorers, and free rangers. they are at home in a wide variety of habitats in the WikiForest and its vicinity. . they can be found frequenting any segment of the WIkiForest. often they will eveolve into various species and varieties, based upon their adapatation to specific types of habitat or location. each species is adapted to its own favorite habitat; but all genets have certain characteristics in common that identify them as members of one overall genus. all are inquisitive, active enrgetic, and garrulous. they are extremely poor choices for domestication; and any desire to alter their habitat can make them erratic and hostile.
• WikiPorcupine. The WikiPorcupine is extremely moody and surly when provoked. don't provoke it or intrude, or it will stick you with its quills. it prefers to root around on its own, thank you very much. it is totally able to find its own food and source of essentials, without subjecting itself to a lot of blather.

• WIkiCapuchin Monkey. WikiCapuchin Monkeys are the jokesters of the WikiForest. They flit from tree to tree, living in highly socialized groups, constantly vocalizing and chattering, and keeping up a steady stream of joviality and witticisms to make Wikipedia a more whimsical place.
• WikiBowerBirds build the most complicated nests of any of the WikiFauna. they delight in creating elaborate habitats for themselves, whether at WikiProjects, or anywhere else.
• WikiCivets are omnivorous cats. they appear to be aggressive predators, but upon further and closer examination, it turns out that they can subsist completely on a diet of roots nuts and berries. that's why most Wikipedians to find out that their initial imposing appearance does not impel them to be aggressive towards others. they are highly resourceful, inquisitive and energetic. their feline sense and instincts give them an agility and an adapatability that others lack, but their omnivorous nature enables them to be a resource while being placid and friendly to all other forms of wikifauna.

they are the close friends of WikiPrairie Dogs, who value their catlike reflexes and their overall benevolence to all other life forms.
