All grades of flour are manufactured by these mills,together with immense quantities of Graham flour, cracked wheat, feed, etc. They em-ploy a force of fourteen men and produce $165,000 worth of breadstufts and feed perannum, nearly one-half of which is disposed of in the Louisville market, heavy shipmentsbeing made to Georgia and Florida, and New Albany and vicinity consuming the re-mainder. The firm bei^an operntions in the A or Main-street mill, erected in 1854, but metwith such success that a year later they purchased, refitteil and started the B mill onState street. Their leading brand-, all of which are excellent and very popular, areManna, Patent, -Tuberose, Snxwdrop, Silver Leaf and Southern. The firm is ccMuposed of enterprising men, .Mr. .1. M. Of them, it is onlj- necessary to say thatMr. DePauw is the same who made the American PhUe Glass Works a success in the faceof discouragements that would have crushed an ordinary man ; that Mr. P» ter E. Stoy isone of New Albanys oldest and most substantial citizens, who for forty-five years hasconducted the leading hardware house here; and that ^Ir. McCullough is a progressivefarmer and capitalist of enterprise and sagacity. The company as it now stands was incorporated in the same year noted—1867—witha paid-up capital of $200,00C. The works are among the largest in the West, covering260x400 feet of ground,
