Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	The Madison station was in its later years turned into a commercial property, lastly housing a hot dog stand. It was recognized for its historic significance but was demolished anyway. This photograph shows it in its final days as a hot dog stand, and will be used in the article's infobox as such.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The station house has since been demolished.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It's used only once, and is low quality.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The Chicago Tribune, should it desire to sell prints of the photograph, presumably retains the original print and can thus make high-quality versions thereof.
