Brigadier Cyril Nelson Barclay, DSO, (1896-1979) inspecting members of Perth and Crieff A.T.C., after a parade to the South Church, Crieff.

A full attempt has been made to ascertain the authorship of this image, and to discover whether there is any claim to copyright. Books, magazines, libraries, archives and postcard collections have been searched, and online searches were made, but none was found.
