| Description |
English: 1961 Official Soap Box Derby Champion wheel, issued at the National All-American Championship race in Akron, OH. This was a standard issue wheel, painted blue, and identified by a decal commemorating the 24th anniversary of the national event. This wheel, from set #155, was assigned to Norwich, CT Local Champion Robert J. Pusateri. The wheel measures 12" in diameter. Original illustration by Bill Wrigley, Toronto, Canada.
